System Shock Remake gets a final demo and an official teaser trailer

Nightdive Studios has released the final demo for System Shock Remake. Moreover, the team released the game’s official teaser trailer that you can find below.

This final demo features the Cyberspace Level, as well as Crew Audio Logs and SHODAN Audio. It also supports enemy dismemberment, allows players to use proximity mines, and introduces new enemies.

Additionally, this new demo has a Save feature, Difficulty Modes, environment destructibility and support for NVIDIA’s DLSS tech.

  1. And the price seems right too. I finished the Enhanced Edition but if it’s good I may buy and play to see the differences in gameplay and immersion.

  2. music is meh, other than that looks good but it look them this long to finish the first level? I wonder what is the state of the rest of the game.

  3. Awesome Demo. Gameplay is surprisingly hard in a good way.
    I’m happy that they went back to the original concept for this remake.

  4. Still I liked the ligthing more in the Unity demo. Sucks that they can’t approximate it using UE4. It looks oversaturated in my opinion and blacks are kinda crushed with too little detail.

  5. The new demo was simply beautiful. And the SS2 enhanced edition looks sick from their pledge articles. I really consider jumping on the preorder wagon now.
