The team behind Skywind, a mod that promises to bring the world of Morrowind to Skyrim, has released a brand new trailer. This story teaser will set the mood for the game and give you a taste of what you’ll be facing, and features various ruins, caves, and hideouts of the Sixth House.
In case you weren’t aware of, Skywind is a non-commercial, fan made modification for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that seeks to merge the world of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind with the enhanced graphics and capabilities of Skyrim’s engine.
Players will need to own both games in order to play Skywind, however the user interface, combat, graphics, and system requirements for the Skywind mod are all those of Skyrim, and not of Morrowind.
There is currently no ETA on when this mod will be released to the public.

At least they’re making progress on this, although it will probably come out around when ever the next Elder Scrolls game actually comes out.
Morrowind has been the best setting for an ES game so far IMO, the original Morrowind is by far my favorite game in the series.
I have a feeling that it will come out by the end of this year, based on the dialog choice they made, like he says “Soon you will…”
