Forza Horizon 4 new-3

Forza Horizon 4 Demo releases later today, September 12th [UPDATE: Now available]

Microsoft and Playground Games have revealed – via an official Microsoft store page – that a demo for Forza Horizon 4 will be released later today. Unfortunately we don’t know what this demo will feature, though we are pretty sure that it will give players an idea of what they can expect from it.

Forza Horizon 4 will feature dynamic seasons that aim to change everything. Players will be able to play in solo or team up with others to explore beautiful and historic Britain in a shared open world. Players can collect, modify and drive over 450 cars, and race, stunt, create or simply explore the game’s open-world environment.

Needless to say that this demo will also give PC gamers an idea of how the final build will run on their machines. Since Playground Games has improved overall multi-threading performance in Forza Horizon 3, we expect Forza Horizon 4 to perform ideally from the get-go.

We’ll be sure to update this story once the demo becomes available so stay tuned for more!

      1. LOL he even reads as one of those common spam bots “I’ve recently acquired 500 Bitcoins for $1 each, enter here!!!”

        1. It’s been truly desperate times for Xbots this console generation so I almost pity Sp4ctr0 Spencer! He typically posts the same fanboy nonsense across numerous different sites. Very sad.

      1. LOL… 3 usd was official price for 3 month access on MS Store… I will play forza for 1 usd / month. This is not a trial… this was official price on official store – promotion by MS 🙂

  1. nice i try the demo if is dumb like fh3 and f7 i can unistall easily. Crashin to desktop everytime with i5 8600k and 1080ti and NO solution from microbug

    1. If you are having those issue then your system is in serious need of a tune up… Those issues do NOT exist in either title you mentioned, especially on a PC with a 1080ti… that is if that is in-fact the card you actually have… An i5 with a 1080ti??? Why?

      1. And it should be mentioned that FH4 is more visually impressive then FH3… So the extra power needed is justified. Although I can still run it at pretty much 100% 60fps Maxed at 4K (2x msaa, everything else maxed to extreme) with a Titan X and a i7 8700k (both are water-cooled and overclocked). Obviously I could also run FH3 at it’s maxed settings as well but with FH4 there is less overhead available and tbh a dropped frame here and there… Mind you this i just a demo and I would assume that some performance increases will come with later updates and better drivers… Still The 1080ti/Titan X are good enough to run this game at 4K@60fps. Overclocking is necessary though…

  2. Sweet. Maxed out (no aa) @ 3200×1800 rock solid 60 fps with a 3770k and GTX 1080. Few patches after launch and should hit 4k/60. I wish the HDR looked better, doesn’t seem add much but brighter whites. I was hoping for eye scorching fireworks and festival light colors.

  3. Very high quality demo. a very good source for showcasing your gaming setup. Forza is among the high quality sim franchises on PC. Assetto Corsa and Project Cars are as well good showcases.
