Assassin’s Creed: Origins – New trailer showcases 4 minutes of stealth gameplay

Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Assassin’s Creed: Origins, showing 4 minutes of stealth gameplay. According to the developers, the stealth system in Origins is distance-based so that the player could play cat-and-mouse with the AI. As such, the enemies will not instantly detect you.

Players will have sleeping darts and poisons at their disposal. Players will also be able to tame wild animals. Moreover, the environments have been created in such way that encourage stealth approaches, and players will be able to manipulate the environment.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins is currently planned for an October 27th release.

Enjoy!

      1. it’s boring and full of busy work and it has already cucks like you defending it so it makes me want to pirate it more.

        1. Oh, that’s nice, thanks!

I didn’t defend anything. I just asked you to expound upon your statement.

      1. Yeah Ashraf did say that everything could be turned off in this game because they really wanted to focus on immersion and not distracting the users from the environment with HUD items. You can turn the dmg numbers off.

    1. Oh no, that’s disgusting. I hate Borderland and Bulletstorm primarily because of that. This is no Streetfighter or another cartoon game dammit…

  1. “Stealth”
X-ray vision, brain dead A.I, GPS marking, controllable arrow direction..
this is garbage in it’s purest form

“we wuz n00bs N shiet” would be accurate for the gameplay
typical Ubisuck, just recycling far cry 3 and a$$-creed since 2012

    1. AC has been recycled since the first game so since 2007. And Far Cry 3 was just Far Cry 2 + traditional island setting so FC is the same since 2008.

      1. i don’t remember AC1 having X-ray vision, it was X-ray since AC2
        the hawk was since AC3
and the only thing is new is the redirectable arrow
which was stolen from Xana Princess warrior (the chakram)

the glitches and crappy A.I was since AC1 indefinitely

        1. AC2 did not have anything resembling X-ray vision

Eagle Vision existed in all AC games, but only beginning with AC4 could you tag enemies and see them through walls, like you might with “X-ray vision”

          1. in AC2 you could still see people through walls
don’t you remember? the blue vision that shows enemies in Red, and main targets in gold? it went through buildings
            hence X-ray vision

in AC1 it was in first person and could not go through buildings, creating a more immersive and believable “highlight vision”

  2. *Fall on someone from a two storey height. Enemy standing 10 meters away doesn’t hear anything*

    STEALTH!!!!!
