IGN has shared a video, showing 25 minutes of gameplay footage from THQ Nordic’s open world action RPG, BioMutant. BioMutant is a kung fu fable filled with fantastic creatures to discover, dangerous factions to navigate, and colorful worlds to explore with mechs, paragliders, balloons, mounts, jet skis and more.
BioMutant is developed from the former Mad Max and Just Cause game director, Stefan Ljungqvist, and will come with a unique design that will let players change their character’s abilities and appearance with powerful mutations, bionic prosthetics and weapons.
The game is currently planned for a 2018 release.
Enjoy!

We saw this already.
Looks awful. Seems like almost all money went for cinematic trailer and only a tiny bit left for game itself.
How can you tell with the horrid video quality? The gameplay itself looks pretty good for what it is.
I have higher standarts 😉
The main issue I have is the difference in art direction between the cinematic and gameplay footage. The playable character looks noticeably different.
He pees to mark his territory. Heh
Not for me, cartooney poo about furries, Maybe for teenagers and kids.
I bet you play Mario and Zelda.
How can anyone in their right mind think that this is a game worth playing?! I mean studio heads. This is a console handheld fest for kids. The only question is what does the piece about the console game first and foremost is doing at PC-centic website?
1) The never ending commentary by a old and wise voice will never get old. It’s more of a validation of your actions every 5 seconds. I’m sure every adult needs a pat on the back for every minute thing he does in automode.
2) I remember reading that the devs first created the image of the player character and built on the rest from there. It really shows as in there’s really no interesting game behind it at all.
3) Defeating a wave of mobs is quest apparently and you’re notified about the completion of each and everyone of them like 3 times a minute.
4) It doesn’t seem like the protagonist is in any immediate danger and there’s really no healthbar to look out for.
Looking good so far. Love the characters.
