YouTube’s ‘GAME’ has shared a new video, showing 20 minutes of new gameplay footage from Assassin’s Creed: Origins. This video shows alpha gameplay, presumably from its E3 2017 build. Assassin’s Creed: Origins is currently planned for an October release. Enjoy!

Smae. I’m still waiting for the day when ubisoft massively ramps up Uplay and stores all their games their, or they drop the Uplay requirement from the Steam side. I’m not buying their buggy games from one client only to be told to launch another.

for the sandbox, it’s always cause of the sandbox capabilities.
well if i wanted a buggy sandbox i’ed just go back to play some Unity
i like the premise but Ubisuck is just too lazy to make a good game
it’s always half finished/assets flipped from previous Ubisuck games
or just plain rushed, either of which would not be purchase worthy regardless of price

Hey at least they’re not lying to you about the graphics this time… I mean, if there are so many problems with the pre-release footage it must mean this is at least real gameplay and not the typical Ubisoft BS footage… r-right?
Well the 4K trailer sure looks better than the raw gameplay footage so I’m not so sure about that. But yeah it’s better than when they are presenting the games with graphics much better than release version.

PS+ sales are shrinking, same with physical copy sales of games
conslows are dying.. by the end of this generation everyone will be on PC

Indeed. Expect media hype from the big name sites currying favour with Microsoft following its launch. Once the remaining diehard Xbox brand fanboys have bought theirs then sales will very likely drop off a cliff within a couple of months.

B…bu…but… Phil Spencer and other Microsoft suits repeatedly assured us all that Xbone X was all about “true 4K” and 60Hz!
Also, this isn’t the only AAA game to have been confirmed to be upscaled and/or use checkerboard rendering, i.e. decidedly not “true 4K”, running at a pathetic 30fps on Microsoft’s impending much hyped new console.

Same awful design like any other ubi games ever, they are basically a virtual tour around the world, same games different maps, but somehow they even managed to F that up too, combat is garbage and the graphics are way below the last two games in the series.
Game looks amazing! This was my game of the show at E3 2017. I am personally a fan of the Assassin’s Creed games, this seems like the best one they have ever created from the looks of it.

On PS4 pro AC Origins will run in something around 1440p, but on xbox scorpio this game will run much closer to native 4K (digital foundry wrote about that). Xbox scorpio 6.2 tflops GPU thanks to it’s revolutionary architecture it’s basically 9.6 tflops machine (so it’s even a little bit faster than stock 1080GTX), so if xbox will not run AC Origins in 4K even at 30fps, then 99,9% gamers will not able to play this game in 4K maxed out one way or another.
Get lost kid, there are other places more suitable for you, with tons of likeminded little fellas. Now now, go cuddle with your plastic box of cheap hardware.

I dont even have current gen console you are trying talk to me like I’m a console fanboy. I will not even ask how old you are, because people can read your stupid posts and conclude themselves. I’m PC enthusiast, but unlike you I’m not some crazy PC fanatic, so I’m not into useless PC and console wars. I’m always looking at fatcs, and the thing is, microsoft made console that’s more powerful than 99% PC gaming rigs outhere. I have 1070GTX but I cant run forza 6 apex with constant 60fps, yet alone just 80% GPU usage during stress scenario (rain and 16 cars). Few days ago I have read digital foundry article and scorpio benchmarks shows 90fps in forza 7 @4K resolution and that’s very impressive. I dont have console but it looks to me that scorpio will be far more powerful machine compared to ps4 pro, for example ps4 pro runs titanfall 2 in 1440p 60fps, while scorpio holds even 4K-6K at 60fps. The thing is. on paper scorpio is not that strong, and on PC we have much faster GPU than 6.2 tflops, but scorpio architecture is so inovative, that you need much much faster GPU on PC in order to see similar results. Microsoft found out the biggest GPU bottlenecks, and instructed AMD to build GPU with their changes, and the end result of that is GPU, that’s far stronger, than numbers suggest. I dont know about CPU in scorpio, jaguar doesnt sounds good, but when it comes to GPU, scorpio is a beast. If so powerful console like scorpio will not run AC Origins in 4K, this suggest me huge requirements. I have no doubts, if scorpio will have problems, then very few people on PC will see this game in true native 4K (1080ti users, or who knows maybe just SLI users).
It is equally as boring to watch as any of the games in this series is to play.
