Alongside his amazing Donkey Kong Country mod for GZDoom, DooMero has also shared a new video from his Mortal Kombat Compilation mod for GZDoom. As the title suggests, this mod lets players experience Mortal Kombat 1, 2 and Ultimate 3 in Doom. Truth be told, there are still some issues with colision detection, however this total conversion has a lot of potential.
Do note that these Mortal Kombat games are based on their SNES versions. And thankfully, DooMero has added blood effects to the SNES version of Mortal Kombat 1.
Mortal Kombat DooM has entered its 1.5 beta stage and can be downloaded from here (as per DooMero’s instructions, search for “mkv1.5.pk3”).
