The first Broken Sword game is getting a 4K remaster

Revolution Software has announced a 4K remaster of the first Broken Sword game, called Broken Sword – Shadow of the Templars: Reforged. In addition, the company is working on the next part of this adventure series, called Broken Sword – Parzival’s Stone.

Alan Wake 2 will have full Ray Tracing/Path Tracing on PC

NVIDIA and Remedy have announced that Alan Wake 2 will have full Ray Tracing (or in other words, Path Tracing) on PC. Powered by the Northlight Engine, this will be the second major triple-A current-gen game that will offer path tracing on modern-day GPUs (the first one was obviously Cyberpunk 2077).

Remedy has released the Gamescom 2023 gameplay trailer for Alan Wake 2. This trailer focuses on Alan Wake himself and also includes some live-action sequences that the game will have. Yeap, similar to Quantum Break, Remedy has implemented live-action cut-scenes to the game.
