Our reader ‘Jonathan Gustafsson’ has informed us about yet another mod for GTA IV that introduces Dalek from Doctor Who (with a working laser mind you). Dalek’s head even turns and swivels, so this is actually kind of cool. This mod was created by jmoorfoot4, while STRgtamodder was responsible for Dalek’s handling.
