Enjoy the first 20 minutes of Bethesda’s upcoming RPG, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. As usual, these first 20 minutes contain some spoilers so avoid this video if you want to experience the game the way it was meant to be played. Skyrim is slated for release on November 11th and promises to be one of the best games of 2011. Oh, and although Bethesda claimed that its game engine is brand new… well, it’s obvious that it is based on the old Gamebryo. Still, let’s hope that it will be better optimized for current-generation CPUs and GPUs.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
