You gotta love Kickstarter. Ys Net has just launched a Kickstarter campaign for Shenmue 3, asking for $2 million in order to fund it. And you can bet that this campaign will be a huge success. Shenmue 3 is the true sequel to the classic open world action RPG games, Shenmue and Shenmue 2, is powered by Epic’s Unreal Engine 4, and is coming to the PC.Shenmue 3 will have familiar elements from its predecessors and new fight mechanics to achieve a new level of interactive storytelling.
The story continues as Ryo and Shenhua start off on a new journey that will take them farther into enemy territory, deeper into mystery, and ever closer to their destiny.

Shenmue 3’s Kickstarter campaign has managed to raise $2 million in just a day. Yeap, Shenmue 3 has been funded and from the looks of it, its Kickstarter campaign will break all previous Kickstarter records!
