Recently we got the leaked benchmarks for Intel’s reaction CPU to the Ryzen threat, the i9-7920X 12C/24T processor has had it’s lid popped and now we can see what beauty lays inside.
Overclocker ‘Der8auer’ has used the Delid Die Mate X tool to pop open the Core i9-7920X showing off the juicy 12C/24T.
From what we can see above is that there is no solder present which means that Intel have instead used thermal paste.
