Dark Souls 2 feature 2

Dark Souls Remastered is coming to the PC in May, will support native 4K and 60fps

It appears that Kotaku has spoiled Bandai Namco’s surprise. According to the publication, FromSoftware and Bandai Namco will officially reveal Dark Souls Remastered in a few hours from now, and this remaster will be coming to the PC in May 2018.

Dark Souls Remastered will feature a rebuilt lighting system and SFX based on Dark Souls 3, as well as upscaled textures. Furthermore, the game will support up to six concurrent players in multiplayer.

Here is hoping that the PC version will have native support for 4K resolutions, and that it will properly support mouse+keyboard controls (no mouse acceleration, proper keyboard on-screen indicators, proper menus to re-map keys, etc).

We’ll update this story with new information once Bandai Namco issues the official press release for Dark Souls Remastered!
