Development team Ironward has released a new single player gameplay trailer for its upcoming squad-based coop Sci-Fi Strategy/RPG hybrid, The Red Solstice. Ironward has already launched a Kickstarter campaign for the game that ends in 10 days, and there is also a demo that PC gamers can download and play.
The Red Solstice is described as a tactical 8 player co-op survival game set on Mars in the distant future. The game features hardcore survival and player interaction in dark science fiction setting.
“You will be able to select from one of the 8 classes, equip your marine out with your weapons of choice and co-operate with your team using advanced tactics to stay ahead of the enemy.”
According to the team, the mix of a dark and gritty Science Fiction setting and addictive adrenaline filled gameplay – based on advanced tactics and quick decisions – is what makes up a great atmosphere and gameplay experience.
