Doom Eternal new-1

Doom Eternal looks absolutely gorgeous in these latest official screenshots

Bethesda has released a new set of beautiful screenshots for Doom Eternal. Doom Eternal uses id Tech 7, and these screenshots showcase the graphics that gamers will be able to enjoy in this latest first-person shooter.

These screenshots showcase some of the game’s environments and enemies. As we can see, the game retains the style of Doom 2016. The enemies also appear to be of a similar design, though they most likely have more polygons than before.

Doom Eternal puts you in control of the DOOM Slayer as you blow apart new and classic demons with powerful weapons in unbelievable and never-before-seen worlds. Players will experience the ultimate combination of speed and power as they rip and tear their way across dimensions with the next leap in push-forward, first-person combat.

The game promises to bring the ultimate combination of speed and power with the next leap in push-forward, first-person combat. The game promises to feature levels/places we have never seen before in a Doom game. Furthermore, id Software claims that Doom Eternal will have ten times higher geometric detail than its predecessor. Moreover, it will have greater texture fidelity than id Software has ever put on screen.

NVIDIA and Bethesda have also announced that this new Doom game will also support real-time ray tracing. However, these RTX effects won’t be available at launch. Let’s at least hope that it will not take id Software six months to implement these effects.

Doom Eternal releases on March 20th.

Enjoy!
