11 bit Studios released today a new patch for This War of Mine. This update contains the modding tools for this title, thus giving players the ability to mod their game. While 11 bit Studios will release more modding tools soon, players can now create and edit scenarios, items, weapons and visits.
This new update for This War of Mine will be auto-downloaded from Steam, and below you can find the complete list of features for its modding tools (at least for now):

– creating and editing crafting recipies
– creating and editing weapons
– creating and editing visits
– adding custom sounds and music
